Charlotte was born in Columbus to the late George M. and Florence Miller Lyons
Charlotte was the widow of the late Virgil A. Cox.
She enjoyed doing arts and crafts, especially oil painting.

Charlotte is surived by three sons, Theodore (Becky Maibach) Cox of Logan, Wayne(Barbara) of Lancaster, and Micael D. Cox of Logan. Two daughters Sheila(Brent) Skatzes of Sunbury and Chrlotte (Jeremy) Phalin of Ft. Brag N.C.; sixteen grand children; twenty-four great grandchildren; two sisters Rebecca Wilson of Akron, Gretchen Fishe of Lodi.
In addition to her husban and parents she is preceded in death by one daughter Debra Hafer, and one brother Charles Lyons.
Funeral services will be held at 1p.m. Sunday Aug. 6, 2006 at Cardaras Funeral Home, in Logan. Entombment will be in New Fairview Mausoleum...
